Get help with your account, purchases, subscriptions or AI designs.

Email livinai2025@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and a brief description of the issue.
Purchases and subscriptions
- If a purchase is missing, open Profile → Upgrade → Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel an active subscription from the Livinai Pro screen or your Apple subscription settings.
- Apple processes all iOS payments and refund requests.
Account and sign-in
- Sign in using the same Apple or Google method originally used for the account.
- To permanently delete your account and Livinai data, open Profile → Account → Delete Account.
- Deleting your Livinai account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Design or technical issues
- Use a clear, well-lit image and keep Livinai open while a design is processing.
- Check your internet connection and install the latest available Livinai version.
- If the issue continues, email us with the design mode, approximate time, and a screenshot of the error.
